MULTIPLYING WESTERN DISTRICT CHURCHES
We recognize that the vision for starting a new church begins in the hearts of believers - a local church pastor, a small group, a staff member, a missions committee, a seminary student, and others. Once this vision is conceived, we seek to encourage and empower the healthy development of that vision, and provide assistance in preparing for the birth of that new church.
The 10-Step Process
Our 10-Step Process contains guidelines which were established to help ensure the healthy development and multiplication of new churches throughout the MCWD. A summary of these steps is below, but you can download the complete version by clicking the link on the right.
DISCOVERY PHASE - Focus on ANALYSIS
This is where the lifecycle begins. In this phase you identify the overall direction that the new church will take and select the primary church planter.
